Features:

• All phrases start with forumreplyban_ for your convenience.

User group permissions:

Set the Administrative user group permissions to Yes.

How to use:

Click the Forum reply ban link in the visitor tab manu.
Click the Add link.
Select username and forums that the user will not be able to reply in.
Submit to save.

Database changes:

A table called andy_forum_reply_ban is added to your database.
