Allows viewing attached STL files in a 3D viewer.

Features:
After saving a post with a .STL attachment , the STL viewer button is automatically inserted.
All phrases start with stlviewer_ for your convenience.
User group permissions:
Set the following two user group permissions.
Unregistered / Unconfirmed = Yes
Registered = Yes
