Adds message numbers to direct messages.

Setup:
After installing the add-on, go to Rebuild caches and click the Rebuild now button:

Admin control panel -> Tools -> Rebuild caches -> Direct message position -> Rebuild now

This only needs to be done once after initial installation of the add-on,

Database changes:
Adds a andy_direct_message_position column to the xf_conversation_message table.
