Adds a footer block above the default footer.

Features:

• Footer block is not displayed in responsive.
• All phrases start with footerblock_ for your convenience.

Setup:
Edit the following phrases:

footerblock_about_us
footerblock_quick_navigation
footerblock_user_menu

Questions and answers:
Q: I display my forum in a window and the Footer block is not showing?
A: This is by design, if you reduce the window size the responsive mode will hide the footer block.
