Adds post notice when message contains specific domain.

Features:

• Only shows post notice if domain is found in message body.
• All phrases start with postnotice_ for your convenience.

User group permissions:
Unregistered / Unconfirmed
View = Yes

Database changes:
A new field called andy_post_notice is added to your xf_post table.

A: Use the Post notice all v1.0 add-on.

Q: Can I update the Post notice phrase at any time?
A: Yes. The new phrase will be displayed on all posts which have been flagged to show the post notice.

Q: Can I style the phrase?
A: Yes. Edit the andy_post_notice.less template.
