[Xon] Reply more options 1.1.1 2026-03-05

Adds a "More options" button like XF1 to editor for:

• Posts
• Conversations

The page this buttons posts to is exactly identical to opening via "open in a new window" on the "reply" link, but handles moving the in-progress post to the new page correctly
