[OzzModz] Email Staff When New Post/Thread In Mod Queue 2.0.2 - Emails/alerts staff members when there's a new thread/post

This is a simple addon that will send the selected staff groups a alert and email when there is new thread/post in the mod queue. You set this via the permissions system, there is a new permission under the "Forum moderator permissions" group called "Receive alert/email on moderated thread/post"
